Welcome to my kitchen!

Hi, I’m Mila Bliss and I make magic without turning on the oven.

I was born and raised in Kentucky, where dessert is more than just a treat—it’s a gesture of love, a way of slowing down, and sometimes, the only thing that can fix a hard day. My grandma taught me that the best desserts are the ones you can make with what you’ve got in the pantry and a little creativity. And now, here I am, years later, making no-bake desserts in a tiny kitchen in Paris with a Southern accent and a fridge full of whipped cream.

I’m a mom of two energetic kids, a lifelong sweet tooth, and a firm believer that dessert doesn’t need to be complicated to be special. I started NoBakeBliss because, between diaper changes, school runs, and the occasional existential mom crisis, I realized I didn’t always have the time (or frankly, the energy) to bake from scratch. But I still wanted that moment at the end of the day—a creamy slice of something sweet, a cold square of peanut butter fudge, or a spoonful of layered pudding that makes everything feel a little softer.

What started as quick desserts for my family turned into something I wanted to share with the world. On this blog, you’ll find no-bake treats that are fast, fun, and full of flavor—think dreamy refrigerator cakes, nostalgic cookie bars, creamy parfaits, and chocolatey creations you can whip up in your pajamas. If you’re a busy mom, a home cook with a sweet craving, or someone who just doesn’t want to deal with oven mitts today—you’re in the right place.

This space is about bliss without the bake. It’s for the moments between the mess, the multitasking, and the magic of raising little humans (or just surviving Mondays). You don’t need to be a pastry chef. You don’t need fancy tools. You just need a spoon, a bowl, and maybe a quiet five minutes while the kids are distracted.

So come on in, friend. Let’s skip the oven, share something sweet, and make dessert feel easy again.
